At Perfect Pup Outfitters, we're as excited to get your new apparel to you as your pup is when you come home! Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including:
- All 50 states
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international addresses at this time.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $4.89 per order
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $74.99!
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing & Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time: 5-9 business days
This includes:
- Production Time: 2-5 business days (your items are printed on-demand to ensure freshness and quality!)
- Shipping Time: 3-4 business days via USPS or UPS Standard
Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Tracking
You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case)!
You can track your package using the tracking number provided through the carrier's website (USPS or UPS). We'll send you updates as well.
Shipping Carriers
We typically ship via USPS and UPS using their standard and / or ground services to ensure reliable delivery.
Please note: We cannot guarantee specific carrier selection, but we work with both to provide the best service for your location.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Because our products are made-to-order using high-quality print-on-demand services, we cannot offer same-day or next-day shipping options at this time.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order!
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Perfect Pup Outfitters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@perfectpupoutfitters.com — we can only make changes before your order enters production.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, sometimes packages get delayed or lost in transit:
- Delayed packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- Lost packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund.
- Incorrect address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Peak Season & Holidays
During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), processing and shipping times may be extended by 2-5 business days. We'll notify customers of any delays during checkout and via email.
We recommend ordering early during:
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday
- December holiday season
- Other major promotional periods
